I loved it, I freaking loved it! I didn't think I would at first though because lately I've been just reading vampire/werewolf or some type of world ending apocalypse book. Anyhow this book takes you into Ari's new world the world of Jinn. I might have to read it again because there is a lot explained about the Jinn that was crazy hard for me to remember, but totally not the point I was trying to make. It's a new world and you feel like your right along with Ari getting introduced to it. All the drama with Charlie had me hurting for him and then for Ari because she is such a dedicated friend and she had a rough time getting through to Charlie. Then came Jai, if life wasn't confusing enough for her, he comes and makes her question everything she feels for Charlie which I think is good for her just to make sure what she is feeling for him is bone deep. I'm definately going to continue on with the 2nd book to see where Ari's going with that. Now the Seven Kings... So far they all seem like a bunch of scheming asshats but I'm left teetering on the edge with the Red King, is he good or evil? Maybe a little of both? Geez I hope its good, one out of seven, Ari might need some help the way these guys scheme. Well I'm off to read the 2nd book and get into some more drama for those who are considering this book give it a try, you may end up addicted to the Jinn... (And I don't mean the liquor type) lol I just had to throw that in there.
